Order Tracking
- My tracking number isn't working. What should I do? 90% of orders have trackable shipment. If yours doesn't, contact us at support@lokeyhigh.com for assistance.
- How do I know if my order has shipped? You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can also track it on our website.
- The tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it. Packages may be marked delivered when they reach your local post office. Wait a few days or contact your local office for potential holds.
Shipping & Delivery
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
- How long does it take to ship my order? Orders typically leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. You'll receive notification when they ship.
- My order is late. What now? If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days from purchase, contact support@lokeyhigh.com
- What are your shipping times? Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days. Dispatch takes 3 business days (up to 6 during peak periods).
- How are packages delivered? Delivery depends on location and product. Packages may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office.
- Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide!
- Where are my packages shipped from? Our warehouses are in China and the United States. Most orders ship from China. Contact support@lokeyhigh.com for more information.
Returns & Refunds
- What if I receive a damaged/faulty product? Send us a photo or video proof of the damage, and we'll replace your item right away (free of charge).
After Purchase
- I entered the wrong address/variant! Can I change it? Contact us ASAP at support@lokeyhigh.com. We may be able to help, but changes aren't guaranteed since orders process quickly.
- My package is stuck in customs. What can I do? LokeyHigh is separate from customs and postal services. We're not liable for customs delays or charges. Contact your local customs office for assistance.
